Resolve to Resolve
If you have noticed a few more people at your fitness center lately, you are not alone. It is the season for New Year’s resolutions. But, do not get frustrated if your favorite treadmill is taken or if you have to wait a few extra minutes to use the leg press. The crowds will soon thin. They always do.
Last year’s poll by the Opinion Corporation of Princeton, New Jersey tells us that 62% of people make New Year’s resolutions and only 8% are successful. So, let us all make a New Year’s resolution to not give up on our New Year’s resolution. And above all, do not be one of the overzealous folks that try to take on more than they can handle on day one of your commitment to fitness. If you do, you may end up on a YouTube video.
